Ziegler Practice Transitions, Ltd. has decades of experience in both orthodontics and law and we have delivered the Practice Transition program at several AAO Annual Sessions, as well as state associations, component society meetings and orthodontic study clubs. Since 1997, we have presented the Practice Transition seminar to the orthodontic residents at eight (8) regional locations for 3M Unitek’s Bottom Line University Program and now present the Practice Transition section at the five (5) 3M Unitek Annual Regional Summit meetings for practicing orthodontists and orthodontic residents.

We negotiate and draft all of the necessary documents for Associateships, Partnerships and the various types of Practice Acquisitions in all fifty (50) states. This is possible because practice transition documents conform to the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) which is applicable in all 50 states.
